Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • Where do the cruises depart from?

    We're based at Dock B of the X Port Marina in False Creek, downtown Vancouver. It's next to BC Place and easily accessible by foot or public transport. The nearest Skytrain station is Stadium-Chinatown on the Expo Line - it's a 2 minute walk from there.

  • What times do the cruises depart?

    Our sightseeing tours last 90 minutes and they set off at 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm every day from June 1st to September 30th.


    On the rare occasion that weather conditons are not safe to operate the tour, we may have to cancel. If this happens we will let you know in advance by email and/or text message and you can either transfer onto another tour or get a refund.

  • What happens if I arrive late and miss the cruise?

    Our tours always depart on time, so if you arrive late we will try to get you and your your group onto the next one (2 hours later) or another one if you can't make the next one, or if it's sold out. 

  • What's the cancellation policy?

    You can get a full refund if you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the departure time. 


    If we have to cancel a tour due to poor weather conditions then you will get a full refund, even if we cancel within 24 hours of the departure time.

  • What can I expect to see on the cruise?

    You will see many of the famous landmarks of Vancouver, not to mention the breathtaking scenery of the surrounding mountains and Vancouver Island. Some of the landmarks include Science World, BC Place, Granville Island, The Burrard St bridge, English Bay, Stanley Park, Siwash Rock and the Lions Gate bridge.

  • I get sea sick easily. Will I be OK?

    You will be absolutely fine. Our cruises take place on very sheltered waters and most of the time it's a very smooth ride. We don't sail if conditions are rough.

  • Can I bring children?

    Yes, children are welcome, but they must be supervised and remain seated during the cruise. Please note - infants aged 2 and under are not permitted.

  • Is there a washroom on board?

    Yes we have a brand new washroom on board with running water.

  • Does the tour still run if it's raining?

    Yes, we have a large, fully covered and heated lower deck with panaramic windows, so if it rains you'll still enjoy amazing views and you'll be very comfortable.

  • Do you have safety equipment on board?

    Yes, we have all the required safety equipment on board, including life jackets for every passenger and an inflatable life raft. We're licensed by Transport Canada to provide sightseeing cruises in the Vancouver area. Our captains are deckhands are all fully certified and trained to handle emergency situations.

  • Is the boat wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, there's a wheelchair friendly ramp to access the boat and a dedicated area on board for wheelchairs. Please note, the ramp down to the dock itself can be quite steep when the tide is low.
